Tighten Loose Body Skin With the Help of These Ingredients

Do you know the ingredients that you can use to tighten loose body skin? Do you know how these ingredients work to tighten loose body skin? If not, then you have come to the right place.

In this article, I will share with you the information about innovative ingredients, which can help you to tighten loose body skin effectively without any side effects.

Without much ado let us deep dive into these ingredients.

CynergyTK
Not many people are aware of this ingredient. It is a patented ingredient, developed by a company in New Zealand. You will be surprised to know that the raw material used for this ingredient is the wool of a sheep specially raised for this purpose. This wool is a rich source of Keratin, Amino Acids, and Peptides.

A special process is used to extract CynergyTK from the wool, it is very effective in nourishing the skin cells, it delivers all the necessary minerals and vitamins to the skin cells and assists in boosting the natural production of collagen within the skin.

Higher collagen levels mean tighter, softer, and firmer skin.

Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10
It is a special protein like structure, which delivers CoenzymeQ10 to every cell f the skin. It reaches deep up to seven layers of the skin and delivers nutrition. It makes skin cells healthier and assists in generation of new skin cells.

Avocado Oil
It is a natural emollient, which makes skin soft and smooth. It is derived from the fruit of Avocado tree and it creates a thin protective layer on the skin. It protects the skin from external dirt and grime and helps preserve the natural moisture of the skin.

Phytessence Wakame
Nature never seems to stop amusing me; this ingredient is an extract of the Japanese seaweed. It is a very effective anti oxidant. When used on skin, it helps in reducing the free radical activity inside the skin. Medical studies have proven that in presence of free radical activity, the collagen breakdown increases and therefore, skin sags quickly.

Phytessence Wakame reduces the free radical activity and hence contributes to preserve the existing collagen in the skin.

It is noteworthy here to mention that all these ingredients are derived from natural sources like Wool, Algae, Oil, and Proteins. Therefore, they do not have any side effects, they are safe and attack various root cause of the imperfection of the skin and tighten loose body skin.

You goal now is to get out there on the internet, do some research on natural products, and order products that can tighten loose body skin without any side effects.

Microdermabrasion to Reduce Fine Lines and Wrinkles, and More

Many a woe does a wrinkle bring as it is believed to be a harbinger of age catching up. The process of developing wrinkles and fine lines is further hastened by pollution and stress related factors. Nowadays there are several advanced skin procedures available to deal with these signs of aging but most of these are expensive or require surgery. Microdermabrasion to reduce fine lines and wrinkles is an effective skin care treatment method and has become quite popular as it is non-invasive and affordable, besides being extremely effective with no down time.

Advantages of Microdermabrasion

• The procedure does not require any kind of surgery
• It is less expensive than other popular methods of treating fine lines
• It leads to thorough improvement of skin
• It is a totally painless procedure
• A total facial microdermabrasion takes only 30 minutes
• There is no recovery period involved and one can return to normal activities immediately
• Can be repeated any number of times as a part of maintenance procedure

Why Microdermabrasion Is So Effective?

As we age, the ability of the cell to renew itself becomes less and takes longer than younger skin. Due to this a layer of dead skin forms and makes the face look dull and tired. Fine lines and wrinkles set in due to the reduced elasticity of the skin. Microdermabrasion procedure exfoliates the top dead layer of skin and exposes new and younger looking skin. The skin renewal process is also speeded up giving the face a naturally younger look. After a few sessions one can see that the fine lines and wrinkles, blemishes, and pigmentation gradually diminish as the old skin is replaced by new skin.

Microdermabrasion to improve the overall skin appearance is a very safe and effective procedure and is suitable for most skins. There is no risk factor involved as there is no surgery required. There is no downtime and the procedure can be done during lunch break. With microdermabrasion, you can have young and clear looking skin in no time.

Things That Cause Premature Skin Aging - Avoid Sun to Prevent Aging of the Skin

Are you wondering why your skin looks old even though you are not that old? Want to find out about the things that cause premature skin aging? Then make sure to read this article!

It will inform you about the most common things that are responsible for premature aging of human skin. You should avoid them if you want your skin to look youthful and beautiful for as long as possible!

Basically, there are three (3) things that can significantly accelerate the aging of your skin. This is in case you are (overly) exposed to them. Anyways, here they are:

  • sun,
  • smoking,
  • having dry skin.

Of course, there are also other factors that also affect the aging of your skin. But in general, these seems to be most problematic.

Sun Can Cause Premature Skin Aging

The first factor that will cause your skin to age faster than it should is the sun. To be more specific, especially dangerous are sun rays known as UVA and UVB light.

If you get exposed to these for at least a couple of minutes every day without protecting yourself and your skin with sunscreen, your skin will definitely suffer from premature aging!

With that said, I suggest you to wear sunscreen on your skin every minute you spend on the sun. This goes for winter times too! Do not think for a second that sun in the winter is not able to hurt your skin, because it can and it will!

Since sun is indeed stronger during the summer then it is in winter, you should wear sunscreen during the summer even if it is cloudy outside.

Do you have kids? Make sure to protect them as well! Do not let them get sunburned. Premature aged skin is not the only problem that derives from sun rays. There are even worse things like skin cancer for instance.

As you know, big part of ozone layers have been diminished by all the pollution we as human beings have caused to the mother Earth. Nonetheless, we still have a life to live and hopefully things will change soon.

To move on with things that cause premature skin aging. As mentioned above, smoking (more specifically smoke coming from cigarettes) and dry skin can also result in premature aging of the skin.

What a Body Cream Should Be

It is a sign that you are healthy if you feel good inside. You may have a positive outlook in life and your mind power is doing well, too. Besides your inner health, your outer features also show how healthy you are and your skin is the big proof that you are far from acquiring any negative health conditions. You may be following a strict diet and perhaps you are enhancing your features by patronizing other skin enhancers such as body cream, skin toner and collagen-producer products.

It is great to know that achieving a healthy lifestyle does not only happen if you have a not-so-easy-to-follow daily routine. Your inner health may depend on it but your outer body can become healthily glowing by applying body cream for instance, which can moisturize your skin. Using that kind of product could be just a sign of vanity but it is also a necessity to improve the condition of your skin.

Skin and facial care is necessary especially for women. You can consider many other products as your basic needs. They should be your daily partners just before you have your breakfast and before going to bed. In that way, you can assure yourself that your skin will not be totally dry and sagged. Those creams will not just protect your skin from absorbing free radicals present in your surroundings, but will also restore the lost nutrients due to the external factors that make your skin unhealthy.

A body cream with a heavenly scent is a factor that attracts consumers to try the skin product. Scented creams, however, are not good for your skin, because the fragrance ingredient can carry a chemical compound and that is the last thing you should be applying to your skin. You may also try those creams that have relaxing scent as they could help you have a good sleep, but it is best to adhere to fragrance-free creams to play safe. After all, it is your skin and you want the best treatment for it.

Always look for creams that do not contain toxic ingredients. Non-greasy creams are also highly recommended. Little or no alcohol at all is undoubtedly safer, too. Your best choice will be to look for a cream with organic and natural ingredients because that can nourish your skin. They provide natural vitamins and antioxidants that could keep your outer body vibrantly beautiful.

Antioxidant Body Cream - It Must Contain the Best Ingredients

Making yourself healthy requires a lot of work. You need to be meticulous when it comes to your diet. Keep a close eye on your cholesterol and eat less carbohydrate foods. If you practice a healthy lifestyle seriously, then you need to follow time management so that you can take regular exercise. Say goodbye also to your vices if you have any and say hello to early-to-bed practice every night. It can be hard for those who are not accustomed to this way of living, but with practice, it will become part of your daily routine.

You may think it would be unfair that you keep yourself healthy both inside and out by doing the aforementioned activities and yet, there are radicals and other harmful elements that freely roam around. They could weaken your defense system at one point and could directly damage your skin, because of its exposure to these elements. This is where antioxidant should enter the picture. You need to eat or drink something that contains good antioxidants. They help boost your defense system. On the other hand, there is an antioxidant body cream that will cater for the needs of your skin.

You ought to protect your skin from these free radicals if you do not want to end up losing the silky, soft, and glowing feature of your skin. These radicals could create more damage especially if you are starting to age in which you are more prone to having a sagged and wrinkled skin. You need to help your skin regenerate new healthy cells but at the same time, you also need to provide a good defence system that will drive away these free radicals. Choosing an antioxidant body cream with natural ingredients is a safe option to maintain the healthy condition of your skin.

Although an antioxidant body cream will claim that it contains natural and organic ingredients, some components will require processing without depriving them of their goodness. Thus, it is necessary to be more careful in scrutinizing the content of your preferred cream. A cream with Vitamins C and E as well as honey and selenium is always a good choice. Vitamin C helps the skin produce collagen, which is also a key element in making the skin silky and smooth. Vitamin E prevents the appearance of skin marks; a special honey sweeps away toxins; and selenium takes care of the skin's tissue. Go for cream products with these antioxidant properties and more.

Birthday Haul (kind of.)

So instead of talking about everything I got on my YouTube channel because I feel like that's like bragging and because I didn't actually pay for my birthday gifts (obviously) I decided I would just write on here two of my favorite things that I got for my birthday that I think is worth you guys checking out and I may or may not elaborate in a video about in a video on my YouTube channel, if you guys want me to.
First is my Chanel Coco Mademoiselle perfume that my mom bought for me. I was beyond excited when I opened this gift and haven't been able to stop smelling myself when I wear it because I love the scent so much! I think this is going to be my signature scent for a very long time. When she asked if I would prefer the eau de parfum or the eau de toilette I asked for the eau de toilette simply because it's a lighter scent but still strong and I simply preferred the eau de toilette to the parfum. I think both are great, the only problem with the eau de toilette is that the parfum has a prettier bottle, but that's alright because really all that matters is the wonderful scent inside. I absolutely adore this scent and even if you already love your signature perfume I think you should go into Neiman Marcus or Macy's or even Ulta and smell this perfect scent and let me know what you think, because to me it is the best thing since high heels. :)
Next is my Palm Pre Plus. I used to have the enV2 and had it since December of 2008, but it was getting so old that it wouldn't even charge anymore regardless of the seven chargers I bought hoping that it was an issue with the charger. I really wanted to wait until this summer when the iPhone was scheduled to come over to Verizon to upgrade my phone but I'm afraid that if I had waited any longer I would be phoneless. The man who was helping me at Verizon also mentioned that the iPhone might not even come until fall and then I would really have a problem on my hands. If you follow me on Twitter you probably have seen me tweeting about my phone and I'm really enjoying it so far. My only complaint is that its apps are very very limited. I believe that the guy said it had 5000 apps, but none of them are very useful except for my Twitter app which I use pretty much 24/7. I love Twitter, if you don't follow me on Twitter already and you want to you can follow me here. However, I do really appreciate a few of the apps I've downloaded. Some of my favorite apps on the Palm are Locate-A-Rama, which because of the GPS location services on the phone if you type in some kind of business you're looking for (for example, Starbucks) it's a super easy way to see which is closest. Another app that is similar to Locate-A-Rama is called Where, which does the same thing but I like to use both. Obviously I love my Twitter app, and I found a great one that's free, it's called TweeFree. It has a very easy-to-use interface and I'm on it all of the time reading and posting updates. Definitely my top favorite and one of my favorite things about my phone. The Weather Channel also has an app, which is pretty self-explanatory, but it's so simple and loads so fast I use it multiple times per day. Next is a great little app which allows you to basically shop on your phone - it has thousands of stores' inventory stored and is very easy to navigate - first you type in the name of the store, then go through the category you want or just type in a keyword, and then you can either buy online directly from your phone, or email the item to yourself to buy from your computer. The app is simply called Shopping, and I definitely recommend downloading it - it even has Sephora!

CoverGirl Outlast Lipstains??

Hey everyone! Sorry I've been so MIA lately, I'll explain that later. Just wondering about your experiences with CoverGirl Lipstains.. I bought #415 (which is a cranberry type color, much to my dismay..) and I don't find that it evenly stays on all day and also it's much too bright for every day use.. Any suggestions to make it last longer and evenly? Also what is a good natural lip type color? 415 looks like a red lip against my skin tone so if you have any suggestions please let me know!

On the hunt for the perfect wallet!

I'm in need of a new wallet, and I'm trying to find the perfect one. I'm looking for..
Pink
Quilted hearts
Not one that is like this or this, meaning that I don't want it to be the flattish kind with the clasp, I'm looking for something more like this style. That's a link to one of my favorite bloggers and fashion/beauty gurus on YouTube, Alexandra or HRH Collection. She also makes adorable jewelry that I can't wait to get my hands on when it comes time for my birthday on April 13! Definitely check her out! Simply put, I adore this wallet but cannot find it on the Samantha Thavasa website - probably because it was shipped directly from Japan! It's my dream wallet, so that's the basic look I'm seeking..
So my question for you is if you have any suggestions of adorable wallets similar to this that I could either get somewhere in the US or online is great too. Thanks everyone!

Just can't take another block in these heels...

You know when you wear heels that seem so cute but then after a long evening or day of wearing them you just cannot wait to get home so that you can change out of them?
Well you don't have to worry about that anymore :)
Pretty Ballerinas created an adorable Fashion Emergency Pack of adorable ballet flats that you can keep in your purse to change into when your feet just can't take it anymore!
I think the company's name was what caught me at first, and then when I was looking around I found this and just had to share it with you :) Check out their site!

Health Kick Tip: Dark Chocolate

Hey girls! So one trick I've learned while on this health kick/working out kick of mine is that eating just a square or two of dark chocolate along with a cup of milk when you are craving something chocolate really does the trick! And because dark chocolate is the healthiest kind of chocolate for you it is also lower calorie than most so it's a low-calorie, quick way to satisfy your chocolate cravings and keep eating healthy! I suggest Dove's dark chocolate because one package comes with three individual groups of six little squares and six squares adds up to be only 170 calories! You can't beat that!

A little ramble, featuring an explanation, Boston, Madewell, and more!

Hey guys! So I know I haven't been posting on here and I haven't made a beauty video in like a week, I'm sorry about that! I've been sick the past four days or so and am just starting to feel better. I'm hoping I'll get up a video tomorrow if I have time. What would you guys like to see? A tutorial? A work-out update? A review? Comment below and let me know! :)
Also what should I blog about on here? I know my past like 5 posts have just been me rambling so tell me what you guys want to read about! :)
I'm thinking if I ever hit 100 subs on YouTube I'll have a contest, but I don't want to announce that on YouTube because I don't want my numbers to go all the way up just for the contest then drop right back down, cause I'm not on there for the numbers I'm just really into beauty/fashion and I love filming videos talking about it sharing my love with you!
Today I painted my nails with three colors.. OPI's No Room For The Blues, Wet n Wild's French White Crème, and Sally Hansen's Shell We Dance? over it. I'm really liking it! I think the mix is really cute for spring and you'll get to see it in my next video.
I'm excited to go to Boston in April for my birthday.. The only problem is that I really wanted to go to Madewell to get my favorite shorts but it's not going to be in the area where we'll be so I guess no shorts for Hayley :(
For some reason the way my backside is shaped shorts just always look like those boyshorts on me (too short!!) so for the longest time I never wore shorts in public.. Until this summer when I found Madewell :) If you have that problem with shorts always being too short for you, and if you live out East or in Texas, Georgia, or California, you should try to go to Madewell and see if their shorts fit you, because they totally worked for me! :) Also, if you have that problem and know of companies that have good shorts that are made just a little longer than the teeny ones a lot of girls wear now comment below and let me know because I would love to try them out!

Happy Pi Day! (And a bit about my birthday)

Oh gosh, today's Pi Day already! (3.14) That means my birthday is in less than a month! How exciting! (It's April 13th for anyone wondering..) For some reason even though I don't have much to look forward to on this birthday I'm still really excited.. :) Also we have a mini-trip planned from the 3rd to the 5th of April but my mom wants to change the location so I don't even know where we're going yet.
So I'm trying to compile a list of what I'm going to want to purchase for my birthday. Now that I'm getting older I don't enjoy opening presents as much so I just ask my grandma and mom that whatever they were going to spend on a gift they can just give me the money.. I never know how much that is but I like to figure it out anyway. So the reason that I'm telling you about this is because I'm just wondering if you guys are interested in my "beauty wish-list" or anything like that? Because it is mainly beauty related.. Except for one little thing but I don't want to tell anyone what it is because if I get it I want it to be a surprise.. :) That's number one on my wishlist :) Although I think I'm going to pay for it myself because it's pretty expensive compared to my beauty wish-list and I'd rather use my birthday money for little fun stuff and have the pleasure of buying this on my own.. I'm sure that the secret item sounds really weird, but I'm just so excited and hoping so so much that I'll be able to get it that if I don't it'll be fine but if I do I'll do a video on it because I'm that excited about it :)

Salvatore Ferragamo's Incanto Heaven Perfume

Hi girls! Just a quick post.. If anyone has been interested in Salvatore Ferragamo's Incanto Heaven Perfume, I posted a quick review on my YouTube channel here. Check it out if you're interested! I would suggest this for a gift for someone not in their teens, probably more in their 30s/40s/50s.. Maybe if your mom is really into perfume and this scent seems to fit in her genre of scents that she likes to wear maybe you could get her this as a gift.
Hope you're all having a good day :)

A little rambling post..

So I have 15 mins before class starts so I decided I would type a blog post..
Today even though I went into the city I didn't really go shopping and we didn't end up going into Lush, so no Lush products to discuss on here :( I'll definitely have some up soon though! And other posts as well.
So my birthday is on April 13 and I'm thinking of what my wishlist is.. Well I'll correct that.. Not so much a wish list, but since relatives always give you money I'm planning what make up and such I want to purchase with it! If anyone's interested in my products-to-get list, let me know and I can either post it here or if you want I suppose I could do a video on it.. But what I want most for my birthday is for you to subscribe to my channel! :)
Oh, I filmed a vlog yesterday.. I'm not sure if I want to post it or not so let me know if you like vlogs (just comment below) because if you like them I would be happy to do them - well, not a lot but once in a while just for fun.
Also I'm in need of some requests from you guys! I mean, I have ideas for make up tutorials that I'll be getting up here soon but if you have requests for anything (i.e. tutorials, reviews, anything) please let me know! Comment below, comment on my channel, message me, whatever works! I'd love to do them! :)
Okay.. Class is starting in a few minutes so I'd better go and get to class! Hope everyone's having a good Wednesday! Just get over the hump day, and the week is almost over!

xoxo
Hi everyone! I know I haven't been posting to my blog lately, but I'm going to start posting more. I'm going to stop by Lush today and get a few products so I'll post that mini haul here and then reviews too! Please let me know what you guys want me to write about on here! I would really appreciate it! Also, tell me.. What are your favorite products from Lush? :)
Talk to you soon!

Eating healthier!!

Hey everyone, so I have been eating really bad this past month or so, and it's time to change that. Usually what I do (if it's a school day) is skip breakfast (or just have hot chocolate, which is not nutritional anyway) and have a good lunch (usually a sandwich from Jimmy John's) along with some form of desert (such as a cookie :/) and then when I get home I eat a bunch of ice cream, along with pasta for dinner.
Obviously this is not healthy. So, I am going to try to change these horrible eating habits of mine! I did used to be very controlling about what I ate so while I'm trying not to do that anymore this has gotten out of hand.. Until I can control myself no more ice cream!
Also, I am going to make it a plan to eat much more fruit/protein/veggies. Tomorrow I am going to try to get up early enough to get a Starbucks strawberry and blueberry parfait for breakfast, then for lunch I will have my usual - Jimmy John's sandwich (#4 with cheese if anyone was wondering) and for dinner I am not exactly sure what I'll have but I'm going to try my best not to have any ice cream!
I will probably make a little vlog tomorrow about all of this going more into detail..
I'm sorry for those of you that this is not an interesting topic, let me know so I won't waste videos on that.
Hope everyone's having a good week. I am going to try to get a tutorial up tomorrow morning! :)

Requests please!

So this week I am going to start doing some tutorials on my youtube channel and I need requests! So comment on this post or on one of my videos with requests because I don't want to bother posting videos that no one will find useful!
Also, if you would like me to post videos (or blog posts) on other topics that may or may not be beauty/fashion related, request them here or on any video of mine!
Hope everyone's having a good weekend!

Hurting myself too much lately!

So I went to the doctor yesterday morning about my thumb, he said that I tore the knuckle capsule. While it isn't incredibly painful, it will take 3 - 4 months to completely heal. Wonderful. So now I'm stuck with a wonderful thumb splint/brace.. And it hurts when I try to keep it mobile :( However it is so annoying to have on when I eat so I was out to lunch with my boyfriend today and I took it off and I could tell he didn't believe me about the fact that it was a serious injury because he said that I didn't have to wear the splint, but frankly even though it can be a pain, it is so much more comfortable and then my thumb doesn't hurt as much :) Plus it's a good reminder when I have dance so that I don't aggravate it accidentally. Sometimes if I get too excited about dance I forget about my pain, and that's never good, because I always make it worse!
Today as I was walking to class, I slipped on slush and fell and my whole right side got soaked with gross street slush. Yuck yuck yuck! And then after that, on my way up the escalator, I slipped on the escalator and fell and I scraped my knee really badly! I couldn't even find a band-aid to keep it covered so that I didn't get any kind of infection! Oww :( Although, I do have to say, I put Country Comfort Herbal Savvy on it (from Whole Foods or any natural/organic health food store) and it hasn't really been hurting since, which is great, because my knee was killing me for like four hours after my second fall.
Bad energy today.. Oy. Hopefully it'll all be better tomorrow, also I posted a video today, it's the 8 Most Worn Things Tag, click here. (..Currently the video is still processing but just go to my main youtube page [GlamGolightly] and it will be there when it is done processing.)
So, since I fell I didn't bother changing back to my pants I had on before my dance class so I wasn't able to post an outfit of the day, but if you watch the video link above you can see part of the shirt, I would link it but I can't find it on the Forever 21 website! :( I wore that with a pair of black leggings and my grey Emu boots, along with a little black wool cap. I got the cap/hat ages ago so I can't find a link but here's a similar look. It is that style except it is black and wool with no bow. I'll probably wear the cap-hat in a video sometime soon, and I'll point it out then if I remember :) Hope everyone is having a good week!

Quick Update.

So last night I had a performance which went really well, I got great feedback from everyone I talked to and any mistakes made in dress rehearsal were fixed by the time we performed. I got to hang out with some friends who I hadn't seen much over the span of J-Term and we all had a great time!
However, I think I may have done something to my left thumb.. It has been hurting so much ever since last night at about 5 or 6 pm.. I hope I didn't break it, I doubt it's any kind of fracture because it isn't a screaming pain type thing but it does hurt very very badly, so I'm going to make sure to go to the doctor at some point this week to get it checked out. More on that soon.
I tried to make a video kind of going along with me on the steps of getting ready but it simply didn't work out, I ran out of memory on my computer between videos plus when I planned out how much time I figured I would need to get ready I guessed completely wrong and was in such a hurry, I really needed more time!
I'm so glad tomorrow is February 1, I really need the weather to warm up.. Once we hit mid-January I get really sick of the frigid cold and snow and the many many layers we need to wear and get anxious for the warmer weather with cuter shoes! (haha.) Luckily last night after my performance I was standing outside with some friends in only a sweater over my costume with yoga pants and I wasn't even cold! That was so refreshing! :) Well this week is supposed to be warming up.. Hopefully it will stay that way, I went on a huge online shopping spree at Forever 21 and got a bunch of cute stuff for more spring type weather and I can't wait to wear it! I'll probably post outfit of the days soon with those pieces.

The Hair Resolution

So my resolution for not only the New Year but just since the last time I cut my hair, which was in September, was not to cut or dye it again for as long as I could hold out.. This is because I get so sick of my hair so easily and so then I'm always dying or cutting it.. I'm trying to grow it out so because I know dying damages the hair and obviously cutting (besides trims) is not going to result in longer hair, I am trying to refrain.
So far I'm doing really good, which has been really hard because usually around the beginning of a new year I get a new look (dye hair, for example last January [2009] I dyed my hair brown for the new year) and I was already sick of my basic but so far I'm doing good.. I'm thinking I'm going to try to at least get past my birthday (April) without cutting/trimming it, and then I'll let myself dye it if I still want to in the fall or winter, which is months away I know, but since I'm naturally blonde I might as well leave it so I have that sunny beachy blonde feel for summer, which is coming soon :)
I just wanted to make a quick post here because since I have been slacking on my videos I really want to post here and also make videos hopefully every couple days, we'll see how that goes, I'm planning on posting a tutorial tomorrow morning..
Here's the link to my YouTube channel in case you found this blog before you found my channel!
